To reinforce TikTok’s position as a market leader in the gaming industry and build C-Suite relationships with key customers as part of a global series.
Solution
Building on our success from last year, we assisted TikTok in hosting an exclusive event in New York, for over 100 leaders from the worlds of gaming and advertising.
The state-of-the-art venue, Lightbox, provided the perfect backdrop for a bespoke 360 immersive experience which captivated guests from start to finish.
Our in-house content team designed and produced bespoke, digital content which engulfed the space, transporting guests into a futuristic gaming world.
Alongside insightful sessions, we hosted a range of immersive experiences to surprise and delight guests including custom AI powered cocktails, dynamic gaming stations where guests could battle it out for bespoke LED backpacks and an on-site customisation station where we screen-printed tees and totes, creating the perfect memento from the event.
By blending a playful format with strategic B2B engagement, we facilitated authentic connections and delivered key information in a memorable way.
