To increase brand awareness and give reason to celebrate Winter we created an interactive icy pop-up bar.
Our icy bar was designed to encapsulate and enhance The Botanist brand and their key messaging about foraged ingredients and botanicals whilst providing an inviting space for guests to try the gin with some wintery warming recipes as well as the classic Botanist and Tonic.
The pop-up bar was situated under a beautiful canvas tent with natural pallet wooden seating and a double swing seat which all came with snuggly blankets for guests to enjoy. The hero moment was a tall striking ice wall which had frozen botanicals inside in the shape of a Christmas wreath. In front of this was a large Botanist bottle carved out of ice which became a favourite photo opportunity.
Guests were also given the opportunity to try their hand at ice chipping at a station where they could carve out their own ice cubes from a giant block which contained fresh herbs.
The event ran over 2 busy days from early afternoon to evening which caught the attention of many local office workers and residents from the Liverpool Street to Shoreditch area meaning we totalled nearly 3000 liquid on lips. One of the most popular cocktails (with us too) was The Botanist Mulled Gin, which was a surprise offering for many guests as they hadn’t tried warm gin before. This became a key talking point!
